Once again, we have the fantastic opportunity to explore this amazing place.

​

Set in the Nottingham countryside, and located less than 5 miles from the city centre, Strelley Hall is one of our favourite places to investigate.

​

The original building was built in the 12th century and was fully formed, albeit with many different era transformations, in its current state in the 18th century.

​

Owned for close to 500 years by the Strelley family, the hall was eventually passed to the Edge family. There are different rumours as to how this 'passing' occurred, but our favourite is that Nicholas Strelley lost the estate and the surrounding acreage in a card game to a lawyer, Ralph Edge.

​

Our investigation will take place across the majority of Strelley's 'open' rooms including:

* The Main Hall

* The Panelled Room

* The Cellars

* The Dungeon

* The Medieval Witches Stewpond

* The Morning Room

* The Castle Room (so called as it's the oldest part of the building and dates back to the 12th century)

...plus the surrounding area (as long as it's not raining!)

The cost per place is £30.00 and includes all of our usual activities, plus snacks and refreshments.

​

Start time is 9.00pm and we finish for 3.00am

​

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time so we can book you in and take you through our venue rules and procedures.

​

There is a strict NO smoking/alcohol/drugs policy at our investigations. Anyone found to be carrying out any of the preceding will be asked to leave the premises.
